Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your JanSport gear, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will also be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, remove any old shipping labels, and securely tape the new prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
